A lot of the race was a "procession", with intermittent hard efforts, then a sprint to the line. I got myself into the top 10 with one of the ten laps to go and then I just made a point of staying there. David T and Claire M also started, but I think they both had a bit of an off day. That's the road race season over for me. March was a long time ago and the legs and body are feeling a bit weary now! Might not do any of the cross races until the end of October, for a bit of a rest. Still got the club hill climb next weekend though. You've been on fire for teh last couple of months and a bit of luck would ahve seen at least one win Mul's right though. You can't let the form go now. The cross season starts next week!!!
