Almost spring-like, bright, clear but cool day for the Joansin massive today.

Congrats to all those who turned out to test their winter legs.

No splits because I was distracted by Stuart's puncture.

Duncan Thomson 35.47 (muddies, rear carrier, helmet light(?))

Greg Balden 32.58

Stuart Tennant DNF

Martin Sherry DNF

Billy McDonald 35.46

Kev Habick 36.39

Kenny Christie 39.11 (scenic route and coffee stop)

Tony Carrigan 33.00

Ian Cowden 34.12

Lots of other cyclists out from hibernation today. Time to blow the dust off your carbon frames and get out there.

having started first, Greg flew past me on the first lap- actually on the first hill out of Hall

to be honest I was pleased to keep him in sight for the rest of the lap Oh ya dancer !

Greg was flying, tremendous to see how he has come on in the development squad.

Kenny, am I a bit old to join?

really enjoyed today, lovely early spring weather although Alan was not overly warm at the finishing line

your never too old Duncan 8-) just ask Kenny Christie and Ian Cowden who are joining Dev squad in Skye at easter training camp.

Its early days but watch out for all our squad .

Clare was down in Manchester treading the boards all weekend with Scottish squad , turned quite a few heads with her first outing on the track Oh ya dancer !
