Good. Familiarise yourselves with the route, we go through Paisley into Barrhead then its straightforward from there. Once back to Lugton we're not home yet still some climbing to do out of Howwood and out of Kilmacolm

Tommy & I had a great wee run round the coast to Largs today. The Millport ferry just arriving around the same time as us, so we hopped on and took a wee jaunt round the island, refuelling at The Ritz cafe. We cracked on up the middle of the island then back round from Millport to the ferry. I couldn't pass the BB without stopping so popped in there for a coffee and a cake, then we hit the Haylie back to base. Lovely warm day and tan has got even better Cheers Tommy!

Nice one! I'm definitely off work tomorrow, so I'll be out. I'll be going at a pace of about 16-19mph. If that suits you shall we meet at clubrooms 8am and get cycle path to Port Glasgow, then go along coast road (I'm wary it'll be the end of rush hour so it should die down as the ride progresses) right round to inverkip, largs, ferry to millport and aim to be back at clubrooms 2pm...?

To be confirmed (looking likely at the moment) I'll be off work on Wednesday but need to be back in Paisley for 2/2.30pm. Anyone fancy some early miles? I was thinking down the coast, if early enough hop over to Millport and do a lap or two there... cafe in Millport or BB, then up the road either via Haylie or Fairlie. Aiming to leave 8am-ish. Alternative is cycle to Gourock, ferry over to Kilcreggan and then up to Arrochar, down to Balloch on main road with cafe in Tarbet. Take anyones fancy?

I need to be back home sharp tomorrow, so I'm going to go with 30 milers with the hope of a cafe stop at Mill House in Stewarton lol
