I'm sore today - walking about like I'm 80. Ribs, lower back and neck all tender, I think I must have some sort of whiplash. Feeling pretty lucky, could have been a lot worse. Other than that I felt that I had good legs and raced well in parts - just not when it mattered!

Felt like I rode a lot better this week. Much nearer the front, didn't chase when I didn't need to (or couldn't) was there or there about at the end of the points but think I only managed 5th or 6th on the line.. 4th in the Devil was a better result.
