  1. Wet, cold, dirty ....yet still fast! Well done to the bunch (of 8 or9)
  2. Thankfully I'm in Portugal on that date.......phew!
  3. Organiser refused my plea for entry by email as he had reached max numbers......no entry allowed on day, so not going on speculative chance.
  4. Will join you....at 13.10
  5. Chung, I've really enjoyed your excellent comprehensive and descriptive reports, with photos from along the way on this very 'full on' trip/adventure.....thanks for sharing these memorable moments! And well done to all JWCC classics riders over the past weekend too!
  6. Kilmacolm just now and still snowing, will be worse on W Glen, Netherton etc. For information only!
  7. Thanks to Alan and James for managing this event. Personally pleased and surprised with the outcome! Unlikely to be around for the next one as planned step up in distance to 200k+ at Selkirk on 24th!
  8. Plan to meet in Johnstone for 09.30, hope for a dry day!
  9. sorry, can't make this one.
  10. Will join you when I can ......ufn!
  11. Confirmed curry & beer on the night before so maybe best I go out on my own ....otherwise 09.30 for me!
  12. Blessed with good sunny weather and a couple of leg-breaker climbs we enjoyed a cracking wee ride today. A late puncture two miles from home the only disappointment (glass on viaduct as predicted by Robbie!). Thanks to Ian & Robbie for good company.
  13. Hi Richard, Barochan Road from Houston. Hope you can make it, let me know your planned meet point if so.
  14. Gerard can’t make it now, school stuff! So far it’s you, me.....Billy?
  15. Probably the largest JWCC bunch so far in 2018 headed out and enjoyed a good Reliability run, a few early mechanicals in the bunch duly fixed and Sinclair Street conquered. On the path towards Balloch Rachid hit the deck once his wheels slipped in deep leaves and mud, I had nowhere to go but over the bars and landing in a heap with both bikes, no real damage done! Steady pace thereafter with no more issues and home in a steady drizzle. Well done to all.
