    I nearly decked it three times walking the dog this morning so gave it a miss. I enjoyed the last couple of weeks so was looking forward to more of the same. Ah well hopefully next week is better.

    Was good ride today, was feeling pretty burst when i got back to Kilbarchan. Pace definitely ramped up today from last week.
