Weather permitting, looks like the 9am group for me. Are the groups in the Reliability Rides different to the Sunday groups (30 milers, Intermediates, Faster/ Longer)?
-
Not sure I'm fast enough, but anyone going out at 09:30? If not, barring ice, I'll be out with the 09:00 group.
-
Well done guys.

Hi guys, came out to meet up with you but headed back. Wind was bad (Wind farm may prove tricky today), but black ice on cycle path out of Barrhead sealed it. Sorry for short notice.

Good fun ride today, thanks for the route Dave! It was great to catch-up with some familiar faces, and to meet and ride with Al and Fiona. To quote Dave-thanks for the company and banter.

Nice one Alan!

Terribly sad news. Any time I met Alex he was always kind and smiling, and I don't think I had a single conversation with him during which he didn't make me laugh. He was a pleasure to be around. Rest in peace friend, may your kindness inspire kindness in others and your smile always be remembered. Could you pass my condolences on to Alex's family Glen? I plan to attend the crematorium, possibly Amaretto.

Hope you have speedy recovery George.

Haha! No, but if I was doing more cycling I would be looking at it Darryl :-)

Cheers Billy. Will get back to you.

Hi Billy, is this still available? I know someone looking for a first road bike.

I sure did Al. Thanks for the very kind offer, but don't want to hold you guys up. Will head over that way and will maybe see you guys out on the road.

Sounds like a good plan.

Sounds like brilliant fun Gerard, I'm up for this! Is it the circuit round Arran or Figure of 8?

Thanks for posting this up Kaz. I cycled to Helensburgh last week, so quite fancy doing something different this week.
Anyone fancy doing the Tak and Crow on Sunday? I'm not totally sure of the route to get to Kirkintilloch, but know where to go from Milton of Campsie. I think it would be about 77 miles from Johnstone.

I'm up for this. See you at the clubrooms at 09:30.

This one might be of interest to the ladies in the club.
The Rapha Women's 100 takes place this year on the 23rd July. I did it last year and met some lovely folk with great chat. This year there are two rides leaving from Newton Mearns, an intermediate and an advanced.
The organiser is Karly Millar from Glasgow Green CC, and I've had the pleasure of her company on a couple of Rapha rides she's organised. I'm hoping to do the 100K again this year, company always welcome.
Check it out at: http://pages.rapha.cc/womens100?utm_source=fb&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=womens100_01062017&utm_term=w100&utm_content=global
