Hi all, thanks to the timekeepers and helpers. i swerved a bit in the wind and stupidly went down and split my chin open. but i phoned home and got picked up, and its glued up now:) just need to get the bike fixed now.

If you want a fifth team member i'd be up for it, but would need to check with work first

thanks for the suggestions, will have to try them sometime. don't want to turbo all winter.

so after falling twice today, I think I need to find better routes to cycle that avoid country roads and cycle tracks. Anyone know good routes that can be relied on to be pretty much ice free?
