  5. Help I have a Garmin 305 gps, thinking of getting a heart monitor. The feedback I have read on the Garmin is disappointing, some say static causes issues. Any wheelers got one who can advise. Cheers John.

  8. George, I would have been up for it but I'm away for the weekend, School break. I'm down Croy Beach in my sisters caravan, while she toughs out the winter in Florida. I will get out for a couple of hours round Girvan way, my better half would not be pleased if I went away any longer, so Arran is out. I'm sure some of the gang will go. If I could class myself as a cyclist I would get rid of the Furry-Knees! John.
  9. George We did this a couple of months ago, the Flanders boys did a figure of eight, 30 milers did the 56 mile circuit. It was a good day, still got the scars and patched up jacket to prove it. You get puddles in Arran!! John.
