Yeah, I think its fair to say that non of us had much in the tank this am. Late nights and tired legs all round. I had a wee kip this afternoon too!!
Won't be out for weeks now as racing next weekend and then on happy holidays.....

Al,
I am almost sad that you are home. No more blogs.....boo hoo!!
You have inspired me to do a proper road trip on the bike. Do you think I could employ a sherpa to carry my gear....or a donkey...or is that what Ramsay is for???!!!

Well done Al, what a trip. Have loved reading your blog. We were talking about it in the cafe last Sunday. I think we should have a competition though.....how many haribos did Al consume on his journey!!!!!

Planning on 65-70 miles this Sunday. No idea of route yet but will have a think. R has mentioned the transmitter route (Ayrshire). No idea where that is but will find out.

Hi Billy,
I am interested. Have a bit of a crazy year in terms of finishing my MSc but hope to still get the training in. Looking to do an ironman in 2015 so some fine tuning in 2014 would be good!!!

Great run today, despite the rain. Lots of laughs and not forgetting the wildlife rescue (wee bunny that we thought was a hedgehog). Bike washed and serviced by Mr M this afternoon which was even better!
