    I have no idea what the track is like but the roads seem better than what we have down here

    ian im inow 99 per cent certain the cycle path runs from the Clackmananshire Bridge / Kincardine Bridge all the way into Rosyth at least here you could skirt round Dunfermline , Cowdenbeath into Glenrothes and onto Cupar via A914 Looking forward to reading your travel report Greig

    Not 100 per cent but I'm pretty sure it goes to Kinross at least Ian just keep the water on your right hand side and you'll be heading the right direction not much else I can tell you as I've never ridden it but the roads are in pretty good condition out that way

    Route 2 would be a safer choice with the option of using the cycle path just after Kincardine bridge if traffic is busy the other route seems to be more scenic

  17. The first confined event of the season could someone please timekeep and post on here the results as there are awards up for grabs If some kind soul could also post up the route for those that want to ride that would be great pretty sure its a 10am start but i have been know to be wrong Greig

    Guys should we be posting for club runs when the first confined event of the season is on could you all not ride that before going on a run ?

Welcome to Scotland's friendliest club , not sure about how fit you are but believe me it wont matter you won't be left to fend for yourself on any club run , start off with the 30 milers we normally have a coffee stop for a blether and to catch our breath and see how you get on before trying another bunch Greig

Mul the designs we came up with are mainly from Jane & Chung with a bit of input from the committee the new supplier design input will be put to use when we have a majority of what were going to use and let them fine tune our design so that it fits our needs if i'm wrong someone will correct me Greig
