I'd love to do this on Sunday but at moment I'm working. might try for few hours annual leave.
Have you tried the trails in Parkhill wood at castle semple?
Haven't been right to top of mine track path as last time I was up the path wasn't passable after land slip.

There's another one from the back of whoever had on the red socks!
I'm totally gutted I can't make it
Been training on the Clune Brae for weeks to improve my hill climbing.
Fitter after a week hols at La Manga and 3 days after I come back I tore my calf playing tennis! Lovely visit to A&E.
I wanted to see how much time I could knock off last years time!
Maybe all the injured fold could have a go on another date.
Yes bike has eyelets and I've bought traditional guards for 700 size wheels from Mr Dooley. I bought 3 bolts after work a 4, 5 and 6mm total cost of 64p and the 6mm fits best. The front one is sitting pretty close to the tyre but I'll have another bash at it tomorrow.
Hoping they don't move around at every bump like race blades did I had on the road bike.
Bought some mudguards to fit to my commute bike, went to fit them tonight and realised I need more bolts.
Do bikes have a standard bolt/thread size or am I likely to need to buy a few and see what fits at the iron mongers?
I have these kind of brakes which fit to the fork so no bolt for the mudguard
Looks like the westferry 10 course may not be an option. Just passed and the cones are out westbound between woodhall and newark roundabouts, scottish water van and digger there.
Should still be able to go with the suggestion of 7.5 and turn at woodhall/parklea roundabout.
Also cones out eastbound between langbank and slip road for more verge clearing but that should be gone before this evening.
Theres some good photos on Flickr.
So far I recognise - Kenny S x 3, Jim D, Rita and Graeme Obree.
Theres someone else who could be a wheeler with yellow overshoes, red bike and red helmet?
