Paul C
What happened to you Ian. We waited until 09:04! Excellent run today in lovely sunshine. Bunch of seven - Morna, Mia, Carol, Dave, TT Alan, Anthony and me. Lovely café stop at Eglington Park - the scones were enormous and filled with cream and jam! Chapeau to the '30 Milers' who did more than 50 miles! I think Mia would have been nearer to 70 miles by the time she got back to Kilmacolm? This is why I love cycling - just one big happy family!! 2023 Subscriptions AlanT Posted April 2, 2017 2023 Subscriptions Report Share Posted April 2, 2017 61 miles all in at a comfortable pace, just what my legs needed. Good company on the road, and some spectacular views across the firth of Clyde towards Arran. The tournament cafe in eglinton park is pretty good too, might stop off there next time I've got a TT in the area PaulL

2023 Subscriptions carol cowan Posted April 2, 2017 Author 2023 Subscriptions Report Share Posted April 2, 2017 Thanks to all today for the company and to Paul for taking us back the coast route. There is nothing to beat the views over the Firth of Clyde on a sunny day. Well done to Morna for sticking with it as her first run out with the Joansin for a while. More of same for next week please. Dave Ian Holms
