Second half felt a bit sluggish in comparision due to the headwind.Would have been interesting if the traffic lights had stayed green in bishopton to see if split in the bunch would have been able to stick. 2023 Subscriptions thejanullrichdietplan Posted July 23, 2017 Author 2023 Subscriptions Report Share Posted July 23, 2017 Passing on a mesage for those that might be interested - a few guys (including Colin S and Bob Wilson) are gauging interest in having a "vets" Renfrew bunch that leaves 5 minutes later than the main one. It would be a slightly less full on ride but still fast and a good workout but a bit more OF A progressive build up in terms of pace (so not full gas through Inchinnan and up Bishy hill) with the aim to give everyone more of an opportunity for a wheelabout and sprint on the georgetown at the end.
