Mark O
Pretty good run guys. Thot the discipline along the west ferry was really good. High tempo without any daft surges. Not bad at all for the first night. A bit ring rusty but generally pleased. Have misplaced my climbing legs somewhere. Hill repeats needed. Committee Alan McLean Posted April 3, 2014 Committee Report Share Posted April 3, 2014 Left work at 1815 hoping to pick up the 1830 train from Houston, full gas to Bishy, Ingliston by 1842. Waited. Went down past Formakin, waited, then reversed back through Bishy in case you came along Georgetown. Gave up, went home and missed Jets registration. Now I see it was 1800 start My season has started by being dropped by one bunch and missing another but my legs feel great, really unstressed. When/where next week?
