2023 Subscriptions Gummers Posted December 30, 2012 2023 Subscriptions Report Share Posted December 30, 2012 Looks like a morning in the torture chamber but I realise I'm not as hard as George. He's got Andrew Marr with him Andy

2023 Subscriptions Gummers Posted December 30, 2012 2023 Subscriptions Report Share Posted December 30, 2012 Hanging my head in shame. I punished myself with a nasty turbo session listening to incessant trance.
Mark O
Andy dont you dare let those two try and shame you. The rest of us are savvy enough to know when to be sensible and man enough to call off when the weather is completely mince. Not sure if its bravado or insanity with hauddit and dauddit. Anyway nearly 2 hours on the turbo and my legs are definitely feeling it. Would have been good to get some road miles in but you've got to be enjoying it too. MacB careful you don't burn out before the season starts proper. We don't want you using over training as a new excuse next year. Remember rest and recovery important for you senior guys. Love you too big guy xxx.
DavieB
Was out this afternoon for a couple of hours and not too bad stayed inland and generaly off-piste. Would suggest if you have safety concerns when it's mild and wild to avoid the coast. The coast road is the equivalent to the turbo anyway ...a monotonous but necessary evil!
