2023 Subscriptions P McDonald Posted August 5, 2012 2023 Subscriptions Report Share Posted August 5, 2012 Had an absolute blast today in amongst the fast chaps with herbalife, endura,Vanilla bikes, Rapha condor etc, Finished at the back of a much reduced main bunch after a frenetic 82 miles at 25.8 mph, when the pace cranked up in the last km I just could not push through near the front, David caught behind one of the 3 crashes and didn't get back on, I was immediately behind one of them but a short intense effort got me back on, Looking forward to the vets national next week but saw the field today and also heard the finish is a bit further up the hill into Killearn so may have to change tactics and go for the flukey break some new vets on the scene as well of the calibre of Paul rennie Bring on Rothesay I say Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
