Committee Alan McLean Posted August 25, 2011 Committee Report Share Posted August 25, 2011 Brown leaves today, and full finger gloves in the early morning mist. Brush off your cowbells and sort out your cantis. See you at Irvine

Committee Alan McLean Posted August 26, 2011 Author Committee Report Share Posted August 26, 2011 Yup. Not just golfers who have links courses. Cross has it all: from the muddy death ravine* of Auchentoshan to the windswept fields of Kings Park and the gnarly singletrack of Mugdock. Four seasons, three continental geologies and five climates in a single race series. See you out there people. 2023 Subscriptions martin Posted August 28, 2011 2023 Subscriptions Report Share Posted August 28, 2011 You forgot the bings of Meadowmill and the mudfest of, er, every Fife course I've ever seen. And there's the island paradise of the Mull double header - and the Mulhooligans are going this year!

2023 Subscriptions martin Posted August 29, 2011 2023 Subscriptions Report Share Posted August 29, 2011 Re a training session. Daylight weekend hours are a bit busy with youth coaching and racing right up to the end of September, but - we're waiting to hear if we are going to get the use of SC floodlights for our mid week youth coaching sessions again this year. If we are able to borrow them then I would hope we could squeeze something in for you grown ups too. "Cyclocross: Training and Techniques" by Simon Burney is a good guide.
