So if anyone fancies a weeks training at altitude pm me asap. Transport & accom. provided just bring the bike and fresh legs. Leaving Saturday 4th returning Sat 11th. Members Kenny MacDonald Posted April 2, 2009 Author Members Report Share Posted April 2, 2009 Another last minute call off Just returned from casualty with my aluminium 7005 crutches (campag single speed ) Was cleaning bike ( no not mine ) stood up took one step and couldnt move. Had to get my oldest son to help me into house ice pack didnt work so off to the RAH and a meeting with a young doc. He drew me a superb picture on a napkin showing the workings of the knee joint and explained my ligaments at inner side had (to use the technical term )pinged stretching the elastic so bound up given anti imflamatory tabs and a shiny pair of crutches.
