How about heading to Dunlop Dairy for a coffee.
Various routes but can go via cycletrack to Kilburnie, industrial estate to MOD road to Auchenmead to Bloak Road to Dairy.
Can return via Neilston if want to add a few more miles.

All roads lead to Largs this weekend.
Planning to head for Largs by the shortest route.
Cycletrack to Kilbirnie and down Haylie Brae to Bagel Basket.
Possibilty to head over to Millport to support TT'ers and/or return via Brisbane Glen road,

Thanks James for timekeeping. First 10 for me for about a year and thought I had cracked it when went out in 12mins. However 17mins back into the headwind brought me back to reality.
Well done to everyone else including Joseph on a PB.

Heading over the water for 30miler/ intermediate length run, in good weather forecast and to bore you with Mallorca trip stories!!
Clubrooms 9am Miller St.
Head for Erskine Bridge via Moss Rd Linwood , Dumbarton via cycle track, Bonhill, back road to Croftamie to Drymen for coffee stop.
Run of approx. 55miles but steady pace and fairly flat. Great scenery past Bonhill. Should be suitable for first timers if you can do 30miles solo.

Sorry for the late post, but struggling with bit of a virus recently.
if feeling up to it.... clubrooms 9am and head for Kilwinning via Bowfield Hill, Rocky road, Hessilhead, Barmill, Jameston Moss road. to Dalgarvan Mill for coffee stop.

Where are all the 30 milers and intermediates hiding.
How about a run to the windfarm as a group.
Clubrooms 9am.
Howwood, Lugton,Dunlop,Stewarton,Fenwick,A77 cyclelane to cafe stop.
Distance is approx 45miles and Suitable for newbies and oldies.

Not had a run for ages so how about 35miles or so for astarter.
Thinking of Bowfield hill, Lugton, Dunlop, Block Rd to Auchentiber, Highfield, Glengarnock and track to Castle Semple Cafe.
As the clocks go forward tonight and we loose an hour, can we make it 9.30am at clubrooms Miller St. All welcome.

Thanks to the guys and girl for a good ride today. Sitting outside at the Dunlop Dairy was a first where glasses of cold milk straight from the cow were consumed. !! On the way back Dalek hill Was The warmest part of the day or so it seemed. If only every day was like this.
