I turned off at west Kilbride as my hips (yes, hips) were killing me. Been like this for couple of weeks now. The ride into largs was certainly invigorating.

From looking at the BC racing calender, there isn't much going on in the west in the way of time trials this season. No 10's on the Westferry and only the two 25's. The 50 in Irvine has also been cancelled. Does anyone know if other clubs are running TTs this year and BC are just a bit slow in posting them up? I might have to retire if there are no more challenges for me. Imagine the vast chasm this would leave.
