  2. What took you so long?? I'm up for this! I would like to be returning on the Monday after I drink Paul McDonalds weight in beer(I'm far to heavy) and watch the Pros! However you need to register your interest before the 31st october 2018. I set up a Team named JWCC so we are all on same start etc. and you dont end up having to do the event on your own(3 peaks me 2017) anyone interested just post your email and I can send you an invite to the Team and it will supposedly increase they chance of us getting an entry. You dont need to pay to register just enters us into a ballot. The only way to guarantee entry is do it as a business and pay 110euro each... So if interested send me your email wait for invite... register and we wait till November... easy ROUTE: 240Km Here ***It would also be great to see all the JWCC Groups on this trip as there are routes for all abilities and to be honest I'm going for the Atmosphere, Race and the Beer and its only in Holland! Route Lengths are 60km/100km/125km/150km/200km/240km
  3. A great day out in Callendar, counted 6 wheelers and numerous Jets(Jet Jamie took 2nd place??) very techincal course with lots of mud and off camber. Big Kudos to John for his first cross race on the wrong tyres/shoes and never having watched a cross race... true wheelers preparation Cedric also made a return to cross and started of really strong in the top 10 in the first lap but as the course degraded his tyres grip let him down and he struggled to stay upright at his pace, a bike change at the last few laps saw him return to form and take back a stack of places, I predict great things from Zed! Good to see Sam riding the Seniors as well. In the V40 Davie B looked real good and never saw him all race, Dave W passed me a few laps in and never saw him again as I suffered from Berlin Belly(a real disease).... worst result for me since I started cross but had a blast and managed to stay mostly upright. I might have to start riding my bike in between races Top day with a lot of laughs

  12. Definitely was a shock to the system. A shorter course than usual taking out some of the more fun/dangerous sections(Thanks BC). David B and myself were grided which means my goal for season is complete and I can take it easy now, but the field was small so David W was just behind us. As usual I had a good start but burnt out pretty quickly, the two Davids pass me pretty soon and looked strong managed to stay close for a bit but i must have had a puncture or some other mechanical issue . Glad to get the first one out of the way and it should be a fun season! great to see three Wheelers in the race! almost forgot.. Driving home up over the Whin and the car in front had two cross bikes on roof and one just flew off in the air, for I second I thought it was going through my windshield but it bounced on its wheels and landed in the ditch, looked like it may have survived! wonder who it was? always something
