  13. Ran along the track from kilbarchan to Howwood today, small path cleared in the middle of track most of the way. did pass a few people on mountain bikes, but none on road bikes. the path does get worse from howwood to loch winnoch. take a shovel if your going that way. K x

  16. Weather permitting, I'm planning to go for a slowish run on monday about 1300 hrs, leaving from the Kilbarchan area, if anyone wants to join me. K x
  17. Almost made it. Had a soft tyre and by the time I had inflated it desided to try and catch you in Howwood, which I almost did , chased the group from the lights on Beith road to Bowfield hill ( at least I hope it was you lot and not some other random group I was chasing). Where I discovered my soft tyre was a puncture and had to turn back. Hopefully make next week without any problems. K x

  19. Richard I also work shifts so am available mid week. New to cycling so building confidence on roads ect as well as distance and fitness. if you dont mind a slow run during the week I would be happy to join you. Kay Tennant.
