I fancy doing the 100 miles at a comfortable pace, especially as I don't have a fast pace.

I have recently bought a boardman cycle cross bike, mainly for commuting but have also used it on the ayr to newton stewart club run after I had put some gatorskins on. I absolutely love it.

Tony, great run, really enjoyed the day, and now feel quite confident for the trossachs ton this Sunday. Roll on next year.

I am up for this, it would be good to do the complete route with no punctures, unlike last year. Can't make the weekend of the 11th but rest are ok

Folks, Just in case you go along the old moor road from Dalry to Largs, on the fast decent just after the second cattle grid, the road is covered with 2 inch rocks that have come off the hill with all the rain this week. It last for 20 yards, and I got off my bike today and walked across it. Dave
