No worries , just a bit done in by that point and was,nt expecting an extra 10 . Rant well and truly over..... Cheers kev...

Cheers to the last six of the intermediates for not waiting at the top of the last big climb , due to you all being in such a hurry i got to the top with know idea where to go at , at least 3 junctions and ended up doing at least an extra 10 miles on at that point very tired legs. On a sundy club run i did not expect this to happen. Kev.....

Soaked to the skin , but made it home , Chung had another hour to go after me so i think he was heading for a big mac meal. Cheers to all .....
