  2. Guys, back at the Westferry for round 2 of the 2-ups. Any volunteers for timekeeping? Please post if you intend to ride. Frank
  3. Darryl, will you be down at the TT tomorrow? Frank
  4. I'd be up for a run, dependent upon the weather of course Frank
  5. I intend to enter this Kenny. Frank
  6. If we're starting to think of dates, I'm going to Australia in February so it'd have to be March/April at the earliest for me. Frank

  8. Be good to see list of marshalls and corresponding duties. Frank
  9. Thanks to Jan and Kenny for the heads-up. Suggest we go with the 7.5 miler to Woodhall. It's supposed to be a 2-up so be good to get some practice in before Millport Anyone looking for a partner? One-legged cyclist available here Frank
  10. No problem Stevie. I'll see you down there and look out for you flying past as usual. Think I'll stick to marshalling Frank
  11. Suggest we make it the Westferry then with a start of 18:45. Any volunteers for timekeeping? Frank
  12. Stevie, Taken from the Braveheart site: Basically the same as the 10 course with a couple of BUTS, these being... the start is about 3/4 mile up the hill before the 10 start at the Woodhall roundabout take the 1st exit for approx 3/4 a mile heading up to Woodhall train station complete a dead turn to head back to Woodhall roundabout and rejoin the 10 course cross the 10 finish line, go right round the roundabout and back onto the 10 course repeat all of the above finish is where the 10 finishes http://www.bikely.com/maps/bike-path/Westferry-25 Hope this helps. Frank
  13. Or maybe ditch the race and just have cakes! Seriously, is there any takers for an alternative venue such as Gateside or even the Westferry? Post your preference here please. Frank
  14. I quite fancy the idea of a training camp in the sun too! Depends on dates but it'd be good if we could muster a posse from the Joasin! Frank
  15. Fantastic result Claire I've no doubt this is the first of many podium finishes for you! Frank
  16. Alternatively, we could run the 2-up on the Gateside APR Course? Frank
  17. Guys, I noticed that there's roadworks on the Georgetown Road today as I drove to work, complete with temporary traffic lights. I don't know how long the roadworks are scheduled to last but probably best if an alternative venue is chosen, or cancel tomorrow's event. Frank
  18. Jim, I gave the Dooleys 25TT a go today and well, the leg just didn't hold up to the strain. I can't see there being a significant recovery in time for the team timetrial. I'm out! Frank
  19. Kenny, I'd like to ride the event but available to marshall if needed. Frank
  20. Good run today and special thanks to Chung for dragging me home when my legs gave up! Frank
  21. I'm tempted to climb back on the bike this weekend so a very easy run would suit me! Frank
  22. Kenny, Please add a pair of full length bibtights size 4 to my order! Thanks, Frank
