  2. I have a pair of well used tiagra cranks which currently have shimano spd pedals well attatched to them (cant get em off) free to a good home and the associated bottom bracket (italian thread) £20 or p/x if you have something i need.
  3. Never entered a race before. Not actually a paid up member of the joansin yet do i need to be to enter this race? How long/hard is it? etc
  4. I used maximuscle protein shake when i was going to the gym trying to build muscle i did notice quite an improvement when i took the recommended 'dosage.' Now i use the same stuff (promax) after a bike ride and notice that i recover over night and feel no aches in my muscles. The maximuscle site is great and they do endurance products as well as muscle building supplements. Have a look the site is great and easy to use.
  5. Still looking for bits Got lovely new cranks and bb recently. Light carbon pedals and a 9speed casstette (12-27 teeth preferably) are next on my hit list.

  11. Take westbound M8, come off at the last junction, number 31, you'll come to a roundabout, go right round it and take the 3rd exit, it takes u to a car park on the beside the clyde, its quite bumpy so be careful. If your going through Paisley on your way there you can follow me if u want.
  12. Thanks for the help guys. My question has been answered.
  13. Thanks for timekeeping Kenny. I dont what the other teams felt but this is the first time i've ridden the west ferry as a TT and thought it was quite a good course, i felt that the cars gave myself and Jonathan more than ample room. My 1st TT of any description in 2 or 3 years and i still love em! Does that mean i'm a sadist? lol
  14. When is it? I know of it but not about it.
  15. Thanks Hertz so a medium cage for 11-28 gearing should work? or am i better with short?
  16. On the subject of rear mechs. If i want to run 10 speed am i better with a short or medium cage? Is this just the length of the derailleur its talking about?
  17. Is there a final final decision on course and time for tonight?
  18. I seen a nice looking pair of new cheap carbon race shoes for £90 but have never heard of the manufacturer before. Does anyone know anything about dhb in relation to cycling shoes?
