Chriscaad8
I can manage but the weathers looking a little dodgy. Would prefer a flatter route but some hills wouldnt kill i suppose
2023 Subscriptions carol cowan Posted June 25, 2016 2023 Subscriptions Report Share Posted June 25, 2016 Weather looking dry until about 1pm so how about heading to Dunlop Dairy just outside Stewarton. Can leave clubrooms and head along track to Kilbirnie, through industrial estate and cross over to MOD road to Highfield. Stewarton Road to Bloak Road to Dairy for coffee stop. Can return via Dunlop - Lugton. Who's coming out. Dave. Gerard Deeley

Chriscaad8
Can i suggest we miss out the industrial estate and come off at tesco bit as the road round the industrial estate is shocking?
2023 Subscriptions Gerard Deeley Posted June 25, 2016 2023 Subscriptions Report Share Posted June 25, 2016 I will be at the clubrooms for 0900. I think the Dunoon route is too much for my busted knee.
2023 Subscriptions Gerard Deeley Posted June 26, 2016 2023 Subscriptions Report Share Posted June 26, 2016 Just the ticket for me today. Meeting at the clubrooms were Bill, the Cowans, myself and then the Findlays on a proper bike. On to the track where Jane and Graham were only going as far as Howwood. Chris then made good effort to catch up and then on to Lochwinnoch before leaving the track to make our way through the quieter roads to Dunlop Dairy. A return in the rain is always better with good company which was supplied in bucketloads. Home with 86km on the clock and without making my busted knee worse making another excellent outing with the Wheelers. carol cowan, Iain67, EricL and 3 others
