Leaving Miller St at 0900, returning about 1230. No cafe/tea-room on this route but plenty of wooded areas so foraging for roots/berries is a definite possibility. Great effort from Richie and Andy to stay on the front for much of the run. Just a bit too strong for me today, particularly on the hills, so I'm clearly going to have to work hard over the winter to get some fitness back.
