Just wondered if anyone had any positive recommendations for the above?

 

Mary has been troubled by a knee problem for a few weeks which has eased but not resolved itself thru' rest. The problem is deep in the back/crook of the knee extending down the calf under pressure. No problems spinning along at high cadence but pain when exerting real pressure e.g. climbing or shoving a bigger gear. We are failry sure it is not a positional or alignment issue. Yesterday's Sportive confirmed it is still a problem.

 

Anyway, any thoughts or recommendations would be very welcome.
