Iain M
Claire MacAulay has been selected for the womens squad for 2010. We can't thank the Kennys' Steel and MacDonald enough for all their help.

Committee Alan McLean Posted October 15, 2009 Committee Report Share Posted October 15, 2009 Congratulations Claire. We expect to see you out with the fast local bunches over the spring unless you and your coaches plan otherwise. Any chance of a training blog or other regular updates on progress? Can club members help with training or kit? Regards and best wishes Alan

Iain M
I think the updates will be from me unfortunately as Claire is wee bit humble unlike me She has a very detailed training schedule from Graeme Herd and has signed a contract that says she must do what they (Scottish Cycling) tell her in terms of racing and training..A lot of the work is about heart rate and is designed for her specifically after undergoing tests.
