Good plan Ian. If there is a big turn out with diffetent abilities, how about the following pace suggestion so that people that are full of beans can empty them and others that are not can keep up:
- group pace until round about after bishy
- skirmish pace until top of gleddoch climb where we can regroup (could be replaced instead of clune points)
- neutralised pace from gledoch to finlaystone
- skirmish pace from after finlaystone to top of clune where we regroup again
- then a fight to the sprint as per usual
