Graeme/ Tony/ Anyone else,
There is a couple of us meeting up tomorrow for an intermediate run if you are wanting to join us. Due to other commitments we are having to meet earlier so its 0745hrs at Amaretto's in Bridge of Weir or 0800 hrs at Moss Rd at Georgetown Rd. Post up if coming

Glen Irving, Jaki Robson and I are heading out on an intermediate paced run on Sunday, average speed 16-17 mph down to Helensburgh up Sinclair Street through Balloch and back to club rooms. Meeting at end of cycle track at Morrisons 0730 if anyone interested

Good run and ended up a cracking day for a cycle. Thanks to Alan and Ramsay for fixing my broken chain and contrary to belief I was actually sitting on the saddle spinning a low gear when my chain broke as standing on the pedals whilst changing gear would be a schoolboy error

Myself, Glen Irving, Alan McMillan, Jaki Robson and Phil ( Glen's pal) met in Georgetown and headed over the bridge down towards Helensburgh where we stopped for an excellent roll and a coffee in the Square before tackling Sinclair Street, then a nice casual run back home. Hope you had a good cycle Tony
