Good day on the bike, 77 miles in total, thanks to all. Headwinds going west from Kilsyth to Strathblane took their toll but you can't beat a dry and bright day in the hills!

It was a full day out, full of climbs and fast descents! weather was kind to us and all day breakfast and bike chat for lunch.

That felt as tough as last week yet managed to last a little longer before breaking point (hopefully I didn't hold anyone up getting around the moving road block on hill by Knapps) then maintained a decent solo pace to the end, thanks to all for a good night.

First go at an Audax event this Sunday 05/03 'Forth & Tay' together with AlanF and DavidC...approx. 130 miles, we'll see how that goes!! Apart from anything else leaving the house before 6.00a.m. seems a bit extreme!
