  1. Not feeling good at the moment but still a Great night, found it hard on the west ferry and clune but enjoyed the apr chase. Worked well to bring it back together

  9. Your going well Andy, good to have you back Yes jan have to agree, when I did fall back into the bunch found it hard to manoeuvre back to the front as no one was going through and bunching up just trying to stay at the back. Better to go until you pop than sit in all the way round.

  20. 9.00am at red Smiddy route is Bishy-Neatherton-West Glen-Auchentiber-Green Water-Pomillan-Torr Rd-Ranfurly-Bowfield-Loop down Bowfield-Burntshields Rd-Jonshill-Kilmacolm-Houston Rd-Houston-Barochan Road-Gleddoch Climb-Finlaystone Rd-Kilmacolm (finish). Think that's around 55ish miles from Smiddy. Hard on the hills then regroup if needed and honest pace in between should get us back with plenty of time for paisleys famous beer festival opening
