guys after ending up in A&E with dehydration few weeks back a Sat and Sun ride in Scotland, yes I said Scotland, can't stress enough the need to drink loads. I plan to take loads of re-hydration powder with me and go at a snails pace up the hills. Billy/George, red wine does not count as drinking loads...... Hi Glen I'll try to make the funeral but if not I'll come to Amaretto. Really sad news and will miss the big man. A true gent and great memory of all riding over the finish line together on the tour of Flanders (Alex Idea) and kind of sums up what he was all about. RIP big man will really miss you .
