I'll be joining the full club run at Amaretto at 09:00. Forecast is now looking good.

Sorry, Graham. I would have come down, but I've got to go to Bathgate to help out with some babysitting, so I'll be cycling  in the other direction tomorrow.

My son in Bathgate is getting married on the 6th October, so family preparations are in full swing and my life is not my own at the moment - though I did get to play golf today while the boss was returning about five dresses to Silverburn.

Big tailwind to Bathgate this morning, and only a couple of showers. Big benefit not doing an 'out and back' route.

Can't make it tomorrow - got to be babysitting in Bathgate while the boss goes on a 'hen do'. If I'm lucky I'll get to ride over to Bathgate, even if it's raining.

Sorry I missed you. Forgot to post that I was working at the European Road race. I'll be doing the same for the men's race on Sunday coming. Hopefully back to bau the following week.

I've got a wedding to attend today, so I don't know if I'll be out tomorrow. I am hoping to make it to the clubrooms for 09:00, but may not make it. If anybody is definitely going to be out, then please post to let others know.

I've got training on Sunday for my Glasgow 2018 volunteer role, so I'll be cycling to Hampden rather than doing a club run.

I'll be at Miller St for 9am if any Intermediates or 30-milers want a steady run. We can decide where when we see who turns up.

Can't make the whole run this week - got a birthday party in Bathgate to attend, so very time-constrained.  May join you for part of the run, but don't wait for me.

Great run today. Fast pace for a 30-Miler - my fastest average of the year by a long way (15.7 mph).  Thanks for pulling me along.
