A good "combo" run today, chumming the 30 milers to Gourouck initially. The intermediates headed for Largs, where the fast chaps caught up with us just in time for the cafe stop. We came home via Brisbane Glen, the Whynn (sp?) and the track from Kilamcolm. Very enjoyable, thanks Mary p.s Hope Dave's OK. p.p.s. We got wet too - several times!

Dear all, I am participating in a sponsored cycle from Land’s End to John O’Groats (28th July 2012 to 6th August 2012) to raise money for Brain Tumour UK. I am cycling the Carlisle to Alexandria leg on 3rd August (120 miles) and would be really grateful if you would sponsor me - any/all contributions welcome.
