Just gauging the level of interest in a free informal evening on Fri 5th of May. Easy meal ideas for all level of cyclists with free tasting menu and recipes. Fully realise that all of you have great knowledge of this but my nutritionist (aka the mrs) has volunteered and it has been of great use to me in the last 3 seasons

Good run today didn't mind the conditions as the 9 45 bunch kept up a decent pace which kept the cold at bay until I stopped at the clubrooms. A pleasant after ride get together too - will bring some food net week - well done James thought we'd lost you but you made it back. Chapeau Charlie !

Running a bit late so will catch a bunch at Bishopton 10 ish

Hope you recovered from that fall ok Andy it looked spectacular from where I was. Great run today although the lack of miles so far this year was showing with me a bit today. Strong riding at the front by Jan making up for the fact that my legs were gubbed by this point. However after sitting in for a bit managed to keep the legs spinning with the group till Barrhead.

Does anyone have a ribble winter frame rear mech hanger as mine appears to have become bent. I know these frames are fairly common but it is difficult to get one from the ribble website at the moment as they are out of stock Any help would be greatly appreciated cheers Colin
