Can't walk properly far less ride my bike Hamstring popped on last night's run. Not looking good for a couple of weeks. Trying not to worry about LBL!

For my sins I was born in Scotland so rain doesn't bother me.... Too much. Stability on the other hand has had its moments in the past😟 Anyway the alcohol limit has been reduced in bobby Scotland so I will definitely be over the limit early doors. 3hrs at 180W for me; turbo or outdoors. Bizarrely turbo is probably with more! The is the (ONLY) likeness between Cav and me is numbers when training in indoors/turbo, albeit his are x2 or x 3 mine!

Anniversary today so depending on my recovery I may or may not be out!!

Time limited so Netherton Road hill climbs for me.

Weather forecast not looking too good. Heavy rain, 27mph winds gusting to 41mph. Deciding now that I am going for a long turbo session instead. Less chance of falling off!!

Great day for the bike. All day in the sun in November!! Had to pinch myself to make sure I wasn't dreaming. 20 miles from home though my legs confirmed that I was not dreaming. OK on the flat but was going backwards on the slightest incline. Thanks for the tow Iain!

I'll come out to see if I can still recognise Richie...... a bit like time lapse photography!!

Can't make it this week

Should make this on my rebuilt bike.... new BB, rear derailleur derailleur hanger and chain. Just for good measure I think I need a new small chain ring. I think the bike suffered as much as I did on the Paris-Roubaix!! Tom
