  1. Carol, you did really well, come back next week, it can only get easier! (Dave too, that extra 35 degrees in the vertical certainly levels the playing field!)
  2. Thanks Campbell for both shoves, Ramsay for starting and Jann for the race back down! Well done everybody, even you pesky skinny boys! Unbelievable, skinny little wingers in rugby, lightweights in rowing, and hill climbers, bane of my life!! (Only kidding, well done )
  3. Aw, where did that other 6 seconds come from!
  4. I haven't seen it and nobody else has said it's changed
  5. Chung, I met Miss Hoolie last year, but that was on a flight to Florida! She was hanging out with Victor from Still Game, not PC Plum tho!
  6. Do you mean the third day, the 13th of October, the one with all the kids stuff and the team sprints that was meant to be on the Sunday?
  7. Trek Equinox 7 TT bike, 54cm, with bontrager carbon seat post and carbon Profile aero bars, choice of 172.5 or 180 mm cranks £400, It does 14's and 15's on GTown and 21's on the Westferry! Freshly recabled with inners and outers on gears and brakes. Al

  11. Track slots free on Sunday 22nd from 9-1 and 3-7, email Janette Cheers
  12. Yup, as Billy said, pedal faster, work on strength to push a bigger gear and get more aero! Also, TT bike, disc wheel, tri spoke, carbon shoes, tubular tyres, skin suit and pointy helmet all help too
  13. Not sure there will be time to fit it in between 2up TTing and an APR, but might chuck the APR idea to come and play
  14. Be careful Ironman, can you handle good visibility and a low pollen count too!!
