Perhaps somebody could post a relatively easy run to cater for some of the 30-milers since Ken is not out this week-end. Just to make you all jealous, I've got a ticket for the last session in the Velodrome on Sunday and, unlike Richie, I'm getting regular, though relatively short, runs on the bike in commuting to and from the village every day.
