Mark O Posted June 4, 2014 Report Share Posted June 4, 2014 Campbell, Certainly Charlie and I, as non testers this year, have been getting out on a Tuesday for the last 5-6 weeks. Having been promoted to non chocolatier status this is likely to continue over the coming weeks, depending on work and weather arrangements. Usually a rolling route of betwen 40 - 50 miles from Morrisons (6.20 pm) out towards and in and around the Stewarton area at a brisk pace(fast bunch) has been the norm. No stops and rolling regroups on the hills rather than a complete halt. Charlie does his best to curb my enthusiasm on the vertical bits, not sure he is succeeding tho. Usual ad hoc 30 sprints when someone decides to go for it. I would say this is an unofficial ride as we don't wish to discourage guys and girls from riding the club confineds, but it has be immensely enjoyable thus far.
