Good to see Mark getting back to hisself. Second time I've observed Couttie van Deisel get stronger as ride went on and properly put me to the sword on the Fairlie Moor climb. John K looked very strong off the descent into Largs. Davie B's bike was impressive with understated loveliness. My vote for rider of the day was Couttie. When we arrived in Largs, Ross came out to greet us. Couttie says: "Did you wet yourself?" Ross looks down in puzzlement. Couttie points his bottle and squeezes a nice shower of water. Humorous moment of the day: Billy takes a pee at the top of Fairlie Moor. Andy holding his bike notices that Billy's heart rate was increasing while he was holding the Ol' Fella! .... but I think he was looking at one of the young recently sheared sheep!
