Next four weeks should be getting harder so stay off the pies

After new year we all should be setting targets and goals to help us all work harder so here's mine

Lose 2 kilos for may

Get a lap in a points race

Finish in the bunch in a road race

Small and big refer to front chain ring

However you can stay in big if you feel you are recovering

Efforts should be 8.5 to 9 so sitting about eighty five percent of max heart rate

When doing wilt it should be about nine

Right all half way through after this week we will have 14 hard weeks to do

After tomorrow weight management should be a priority along with some testing

Intervals are coming soon but note what you don't use you will loose so remember once doing intervals include a filt or FTP set
