No need for a sprocket and it does not need to be anything fancy. In fact it can be pretty rubbish. It needs to be a clincher though. I want it for the turbo trainer as I don't want to ruin the tubs on my new wheels. Also, anyone got an old/spare rear lockring spanner? From memory one is nearly new and one was used on the road and is fairly knackered. I'm not back home until late Sunday, so realistically won't be able to get you more details until Monday.
