Committee Alan McLean Posted November 5, 2012 Committee Report Share Posted November 5, 2012 Yes, very ok to wear your club colours with pride. It will also make it more fun to beat an Ivy or Nightingale rider. It is very warm so don't bother with arm/leg warmers. Alan
Members Richard
You should wear two layers on your upper body, Iain. As Alan says, it's very, very warm in the velodrome, so wear the lightest base layer you've got under your jersey. Just a vest or something like that. Enjoy! 2023 Subscriptions charlie p Posted November 6, 2012 2023 Subscriptions Report Share Posted November 6, 2012 Iain Velodrome is very hot so I have only worn bib shorts and short sleeved top but on speaking to riders who have fallen they now advocate full body cover as you get a nasty wood burn if you tumble. Also gloves are a must.
