Raleigh Tourer c1992 19" suit someone 5,4 - 5,7 possible a bit taller, not sure. It is Claire's old steed from back in the day. 531 tubing 7 speed A bit tatty but functional Would do fine as a hack with a bit of TLC A bit more info: has mudguard/rack eyes, drop bars, index downtube shifters. any takers? Committee Alan McLean Posted October 4, 2012 Committee Report Share Posted October 4, 2012 If it has horizontal/slanted dropouts then it might make a good fixed frame. Probably just needs a chain ring and a new rear wheel/hub. This could be a good winter project. Alan

Actually it does have sloping dropouts. Also it is 21 speed as it has a triple on the front.
