Mark O
Full coast including top of Barmill circuit with the BB as a coffee stop - I've not been there for ages. Proposed route Bowfield, Gateside bonds, Barrmill, Kilwinning, 3 towns, W Kilbride, Fairlie and Largs. Skelmorlie, 'kip, Gourock, Greenock, Port Glasgow then the Westferry and Bishy or do the Clune and the track back to Miller Street. Brisbane Glen optional (if you fancy). Longish run but mostly flat, hills if you want them. Sunshine will not be guaranteed. 9 Bells depart. Post if you're coming out to play. Paul C
I'll go for this. The phrase 'mostly flat' was the clincher!
Alan Fox
Out of action for the next week...unfortunately I need to interrupt my cycling with a family holiday in London!!!

Paul C
Six of us left the club and headed up Bowfield then Kilwinning, Stevenston, Saltcoats and up the coast for cafe stop at BB. Alan and Duncan to take the Brisabane Glen routre back and the remaning four (me, MArk, Andy and Ian) headed back via Greenock, the Clune etc. A good brisk run with 81 miles at 18 mph ave. and only a few wee showers! My attempt to better my Strava time up Bowfield succeeded dropping last week's 4:41 to 4:30. Up to seventh place and now ahead of Paul McDonald!!!
