We'll be in Russells in Paisley at 8;00 ish. He flies out again early next morning. He's in Amsterdam and unable to come to Scotland after all. They wouldn't accept his student card and wanted him to pay an extra few 100 euros But he is well and sends his best wishes to everyone. Says he will meet up with those of us going to France next year Anyone know Martin Keir's mobile no? Need to tell him not to go to the Airport this afternoon. Darryl he eh was in debate with the airline and turns out a figure of 600 euro was to be payed up for him to get a return ticket. thats about 400 quid. its sad news but im sure he will have other times - im sure we could visit him too? When he turned up at the airport they would not accept his French student card (europeen union?) and were going to charge the full fare. So he did have a passport. May be we'll need to do what Stevie says, go and visit him.
